Job summary

Newcastle and Stafford Colleges Group (NSCG) is seeking a Curriculum Leader / Lecturer in Electrical Installation at Stafford College. This full-time permanent role offers a salary of £32,136 - £47,133 per year and a benefits package including a Golden Hello, extensive leave, and Pension schemes.

You will lead the Electrical Installation department, deliver Level 2 & 3 Electrical Installation and related courses, and oversee teaching quality, assessment, and learning resources across the centre.

Qualifications

• Has a level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline and 17th / 18th Edition Inspection & Testing.
• Willing to study for a teaching qualification (DTLLS, PGCE or equivalent).
• Industry experience in Electrical Installation and the ability to teach to industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Electrical Installation department and teach Level 2/3 Electrical Installation and related units.
• Prepare, mark, monitor progress and develop learning materials; manage workload peaks.
