Job summary
Newcastle and Stafford Colleges Group is seeking a Curriculum Leader / Lecturer in Electrical Installation to lead the department at Stafford College. This full-time, permanent role involves teaching Level 2 & 3 Electrical Installation and related courses, including 18th Edition, Inspection and Testing, and PAT testing.
You will manage teaching duties, contribute to curriculum development, and support learners and apprentices within a thriving college environment.
Qualifications
- Has level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
- Has 17th/18th Edition Inspection & Testing.
- Willing to study for a relevant teaching qualification (DTLLS, PGCE or equivalent).
Responsibilities
- To lead the Electrical Installation department and teach Electrical Installation and related units/courses across the full range of the Centre's provision.
- To teach other specialist subjects for which you are qualified and which are appropriate.
- Engage in core duties including preparation, marking, monitoring student progress, preparing reports, setting and marking of examination papers, developing and preparing flexible learning materials.
