This role is with an excellent building service M&E contractor seeking an Electrical Bias Foot Mobile Engineer with experience in building services to work across prestigious buildings in West Central London.

The ideal candidate is a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer from a building services background, interested in joining a small, growing maintenance company offering training and personal development. Responsibilities include PPM/reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, and general building maintenance tasks.

Key Duties:

• PPM and reactive maintenance across M&E services such as emergency lighting, fire alarms, FCUs, AHUs, HVAC, water treatment
• General building services tasks
• Maintenance in landlord and tenanted areas of large blue-chip companies
• Working as part of a small maintenance team

Requirements:

• Client-facing experience
• Commercial building maintenance experience
• Electrical bias with 18th edition qualification
• Building services/facilities maintenance background

Salary & Benefits:

• £43,000 - £48,000 per annum + travel paid via Oyster card
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30
• 25 days annual leave + bank holidays

• Overtime available (1.5x weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays)
