Electrical Foot Mobile Engineer – London – £43-48K & Travel Card

I am currently representing an excellent building services M&E contractor seeking an Electrical Bias Foot Mobile Engineer with experience in building services. The role involves working across a cluster of prestigious buildings housing blue-chip clients in West Central London.

This position is suitable for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer from a building services background who is looking to join a small, growing maintenance company that offers training and personal development. You will be responsible for carrying out PPM/reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, and general building maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• PPM and Reactive maintenance across M&E Services - Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCUs, AHUs, HVAC plant, Water treatment
• General building services tasks
• Maintaining landlord and tenanted areas of large blue-chip companies across a large estate
• Working as part of a small maintenance team

Requirements:

• Client-facing experience
• Experience in commercial building maintenance
• Electrical bias with 18^th edition qualification
• Background in building services/facilities maintenance

Salary & Package:

• £43,000 - £48,000 per annum + Travel/Oyster Card (all travel paid)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30
• 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
• Pension & healthcare plan
• Plenty of overtime available - 1.5x weekdays, Saturdays, and double on Sundays & bank holidays
