Electrical Foot Mobile Engineer – West London – 43-48K & All Travel Paid

I am currently representing an excellent building service M&E contractor who is looking for an Electrical Bias Foot Mobile Engineer with experience in building services to work across prestigious buildings housing blue chip clients in West Central London.

This role is suitable for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer from a building services background seeking to join a small, growing maintenance company that offers training and personal development. Responsibilities include PPM/reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, and general building maintenance tasks.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• PPM and reactive maintenance across M&E services such as emergency lighting, fire alarms, FCUs, AHUs, HVAC plant, water treatment
• General building services tasks
• Managing landlord and tenant areas of large blue-chip companies across a sizable estate
• Working as part of a small maintenance team

Requirements

• Client-facing skills
• Experience in commercial building maintenance
• Electrical bias with 18th edition qualification
• Background in building services/facilities maintenance

Salary & Benefits

• £43,000 - £48,000 per annum plus travel/Oyster card for transport costs
• Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
