Job summary

Mandala Group Ltd in Leeds is seeking an MEP Pre Construction Manager to own early client engagement through feasibility, design development, estimating and procurement planning before mobilisation.

The role has a strong electrical bias, coordinating electrical and wider building services and working with clients, consultants and procurement to ensure projects are commercially robust and ready for delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience managing electrical building services within MEP projects.
• Strong leadership in pre-construction processes.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MEP pre construction and PCSA process from concept to handover.
• Coordinate electrical and wider building services design development.
• Manage estimating, commercial and procurement activities.
• Develop procurement strategies and manage early package procurement.
• Drive value engineering and buildability reviews.
• Manage project budgets, programmes, risks and opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and supply chain partners.
• Support bid strategy and early contractor involvement.
• Present project updates to senior leadership.
• Ensure projects are fully coordinated before mobilisation.
