SP Electricity North West is seeking an electrical fitter to install, repair, inspect and maintain electrical plant equipment within our substations across the network. The successful candidate will hold a recognised craft apprenticeship and NVQ Level 3, a full UK driving licence, and a strong commitment to health and safety.

The role includes pre-employment checks and the opportunity to contribute to green growth.

Qualifications

• Proven fitting craft skills and experience with HV components.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent craft apprenticeship.
• Full UK driving licence and safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, inspect and maintain electrical plant equipment in substations.
• Work with high-voltage systems and associated safety procedures.
• Follow health & safety legislation and risk assessments.
