Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking an Electrical / Fire & Security Trainer for a site-based role near Oxford. Full training provided to qualify as a teacher, with a platform to move into education and gain teaching qualifications while supporting apprentices and adult learners.

You'll deliver practical and classroom-based teaching across Electrical Installation and Fire & Security programmes, assess learners and mentor them.

• Interest in transitioning to teaching with mentoring skills.
• Willingness to undertake full teacher training.

Site based, commutable from Oxford, Abingdon, Bicester, Didcot, Witney, Banbury, Aylesbury, High Wycombe and surrounding areas.

Are you an experienced Electrical Installation or Fire & Security Engineer looking to step off the tools and make a real difference by inspiring the next generation of industry professionals?

Based within a modern Construction Skills Centre, you'll play a key role in delivering industry-leading apprenticeship training across Electrical Installation and Fire, Emergency & Security Systems.

In this role, you'll deliver engaging practical and classroom-based teaching to apprentices and adult learners, supporting them to develop the technical knowledge, practical skills and professional behaviours required to succeed within the electrical and fire/security industries.

The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation (or equivalent), have strong industry experience, and possess knowledge of electrical installation alongside fire alarm and/or electronic security systems. Previous teaching experience is beneficial but not essential, as full teacher training can be provided.

• Teaching qualification desirable but not essential (full training available)
