Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Electrical Field Service Engineer to cover the Derby area. This days-based, autonomous role offers excellent training and a strong work-life balance within a market leading company.

You will service metallographic and control equipment, undertake specialist training workshops, and travel UK-wide as required. A HND/HNC in electrical engineering is essential and you should enjoy customer-facing, service-driven work.

Qualifications

• HND/HNC qualification or equivalent.
• Electrical engineer with customer-facing role experience.
• Pneumatic/Hydraulic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Servicing a south midlands patch and occasionally UK wide.
• Servicing metallographic and control equipment.
• Participating in specialist training workshops.
• Monday to Friday.

About the Company

This company supplies and services metallographic and control equipment to aerospace, automotive and educational sectors. They provide advanced equipment and pride themselves on the quality of the equipment they provide.

They are looking for an Electrical Engineer who is looking for a field-based role that offers great training opportunities. An engineering qualification such as an HND/HNC or similar is also essential, as this is a customer facing role good quality customer service is required.

Role

• Servicing a south midlands patch and occasionally UK wide
