Job Title: Electrical Estimator / Quantity Surveyor

Location: Remote (UK-based). Semi-regular visits to our Leeds office and on-site nationwide.

Terms: Contract (project-based) / Permanent / Part-Time / Full-Time

Salary/Rate: Competitive per-project rate (negotiable based on experience) / £40,000 per annum

Travel: Projects nationwide. Primarily remote, but travel to sites may be required. Manage your workflow independently for quick, accurate quotations.

Responsibilities:

1. Create design layouts for EV charging point installations based on survey outputs.
2. Produce clear, detailed mark-ups and suggested installation methodologies for contractors to tender.
3. Develop comprehensive Bills of Materials (BOM) tailored to each project, estimating labour hours accurately.
4. Nurture our growing network of national sub-contractors.
5. Maintain regular, clear communication with company directors, providing timely updates and deliverables.

Qualifications:

NICEIC certification or equivalent. Experience in electrical estimating, preferably with EV infrastructure.
