Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an Electrical Engineering Trainer in Grimsby, commutable from Hull, Scunthorpe, Immingham and Cleethorpes. The role focuses on delivering practical and theoretical electrical engineering training to Level 2 and 3 apprentices.

You will develop lesson plans and training materials, mentor apprentices, and work in a specialist industrial training environment. Full training and funded teaching qualifications are provided, with a Monday-Friday 8am-4pm

Qualifications

Experience in teaching or training electrical engineering preferred.
Ability to deliver Level 2 and 3 apprenticeships.
Strong knowledge of electrical engineering concepts and practical application.
Willingness to undertake funded teaching qualifications and professional development.

Responsibilities

Deliver practical and theoretical electrical engineering training to Level 2 and 3 apprentices.
Develop engaging training materials, lesson plans and practical activities.
Support and mentor apprentices throughout their development.
Work within a specialist industrial training environment alongside experienced professionals.
Receive ongoing professional development and funded teaching qualifications where required.
Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm, with excellent benefits and career progression.
