Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd in Grimsby is seeking an Electrical Engineering Trainer to deliver both practical and theoretical training to Level 2 and 3 apprentices. You will develop materials, mentor learners and collaborate with industry professionals in a supportive training environment.

Ideal candidates include experienced electrical engineers or electricians; full training and qualifications are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical engineering training or teaching preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering concepts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver practical and theoretical electrical engineering training to Level 2 and 3 apprentices.
• Develop engaging training materials, lesson plans and practical activities.
• Support and mentor apprentices throughout their development.
• Work within a specialist industrial training environment alongside experienced professionals.
• Receive ongoing professional development and funded teaching qualifications where required.
• Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm, with excellent benefits and career progression.
