Client:
Leading M&E Contractor that have been operating for decades, providing M&E services across the UK and Ireland. The business has a great reputation for delivering quality projects on time, on budget, safely and to first class standards. They work across a range of sectors including commercial, industrial, health, education, leisure and residential.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage electrical contracts from pre-construction through to completion
- Ensure all contractual, financial, and programme requirements are achieved
- Manage procurement of materials, plant and subcontractor packages
- Provide clear leadership and direction to project teams, site supervisors and subcontractors
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, updates, and professional communication
- Oversee labour allocation and resource planning to ensure effective project delivery
- Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety requirements and company policies
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions where required
- Promote innovation, sustainability, and digital tools (e.g. Procore, BIM, MS Project) in project delivery
Criteria:
- Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience delivering electrical projects within the M&E or construction industry
- Excellent commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and control costs
- Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to motivate teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management software (Procore, MS Project, BIM tools)
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build lasting professional relationships
- Knowledge of working across NI and ROI regulations and standards
- Full, clean driving licence, Safepass, CSR and valid Manual Handling
