Job summary

Telestack, based in Omagh, seeks an Electrical Engineering Manager to lead the existing design team across the full product lifecycle for mobile bulk handling equipment. The role drives the hardware and software design, control systems architecture and documentation quality to a high standard.

You will mentor engineers, ensure compliant designs, and collaborate with Sales and customers to capture precise specifications while advancing EPLAN workflows and design processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years in industry design, with 3+ years in engineering or project management roles.
• Proven leadership, mentoring and development of engineering talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Omagh Electrical Engineering team across the full product lifecycle.
• Manage day-to-day activities of Hardware and Software engineering teams for delivery and quality.
• Provide design leadership on control systems for mobile and industrial products.
• Develop and improve site design capabilities in EPLAN and ensure compliance documentation is up to date.
• Document requirements with Sales and customers and ensure fit-for-purpose designs.
