Job summary

Mallaghan, a respected GSE manufacturer, is seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager to lead the Electrical Engineering Team in our Dungannon facility. You will drive technical excellence, deliver projects on time and within budget, and maintain ISO standards.

This role offers hands-on leadership, continuous improvement, and close collaboration with production and operations to ensure safe, reliable equipment for our international partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Electrical Engineering team.
• Oversee project delivery from initial design to final production
• Implement continuous improvement processes within team.
• Support, mentor and create a positive culture to achieve defined deliverables and team goals.
• Conduct weekly 1:1 team member meetings to provide feedback and deliverables within a clearly defined framework.
• Develop and implement electrical engineering standards and procedures.
• Determine and optimise throughput of work within the team.
• Design review in accordance with specification requirements and global standards
• Adherence to our ISO 9001 Quality management system.
• Adherence to company health and safety procedures.

Overview and Purpose of Role

As Electrical Engineering Manager you will play a fundamental part in leading the Electrical Engineering Team by providing technical guidance, managing project deliverables and overseeing team performance to ensure that all tasks are completed within agreed timeframes, budgets, and quality standards.
