- Experience with motors, generators, switchgear, protection and control systems, transformers, variable speed drives, UPS systems, and hazardous area equipment.
- Excellent organization and coordination skills.
- Experience in mentoring others.

- Lead the Electrical Engineering Team for European Industrial Gases.
- Provide Technical Authority for electrical systems and equipment.
- Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams for engineering solutions.
