Job summary

Jobtailor in the United Kingdom seeks a Lead Electrical Engineering Leader for European Industrial Gases to drive technical excellence and safety across sites. The role requires overseeing electrical installation projects and mentoring a team of engineers.

You will be responsible for providing Technical Authority for electrical systems, collaborating with operations and maintenance, and ensuring documentation meets engineering standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience in industrial gases or similar process industries.
• Strong technical knowledge of HV, MV, and LV electrical systems.
• Experience with motors, generators, switchgear, protection and control systems, transformers, variable speed drives, UPS systems, and hazardous area equipment.
• Excellent organization and coordination skills.
• Experience in mentoring others.
