Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelors’ or Masters’ level degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or Software Engineering or related programme.
• GPA >= 3.0/4.0 or equivalent.
• Interest in electrical systems, power technologies, automation, or industrial engineering applications.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; interpret technical information and develop practical solutions.
• Fluent in oral and written English with effective communication.
• Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Legally able to work in the country without sponsorship or time restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Completing internal projects to deliver business outcomes and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Learning internal software and tools to support analysis, reporting, and project delivery.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders.
• Applying HS&E standards and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Supporting engineering projects and technical initiatives related to electrical and control systems, equipment design, and product development.
• Analysing data, developing software, performing testing activities, and writing technical documentation to support project execution and continuous improvement.
• Applying quality, safety, and engineering standards while delivering reliable and innovative solutions.
