Job summary

BUUK Infrastructure Limited is offering a Graduate - Engineering (Electric) role in Milton Keynes. The program provides broad experience across construction, electricity, water, fibre or heat networks on a three-year scheme while pursuing IEng and CEng status.

Rotations across departments, site visits, and a commitment to excellent customer service are core. Successful candidates will have a degree in engineering (2:1) and be prepared to work in a dynamic utility environment.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in an engineering discipline with a minimum 2:1 grade.
• Demonstrates strong communication and team-working abilities.
• Experience or awareness of the utilities industry and HSE procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Undertake tasks and projects to gain practical experience in the utilities sector.
• Rotate across departments to gain a rounded view of operations.
• Maintain a record of experience and learning while pursuing professional status.
• Visit BUUK offices and participate in site visits as required.
• Develop understanding of wider business functions and how they interact.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Undertake other duties as required by the manager.
