EDF power solutions invites applications for an Electrical Engineering Graduate, a 16-month programme starting September 2027. Based at Edinburgh, London or Durham, you rotate across engineering teams on wind, solar PV and private wire projects, gaining hands-on experience from development to commissioning.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Control Systems, or related subject.
Security Vetting: UK resident for at least three of the past five years.
Assessment Centre online on 11th November 2026.
16-month graduate programme with engineering rotations across wind, solar PV and private wire projects.

Responsibilities

Rotate across Engineering teams on wind, solar PV and private wire projects.
Support feasibility studies, design development, technical assessments and problem-solving.
Review technical documentation and collaborate with project teams.
Pursue Chartership with the Institution of Engineering and Technology or a relevant body.
