Job summary

EDF power solutions is offering an 16-month Engineering Graduate Programme in the UK, starting September 2027, with a salary of £37,500. You will rotate across wind, solar PV and private wire projects, developing technical and professional skills for a long-term engineering career.

You'll gain hands-on experience from development through to commissioning and support projects that power a cleaner, greener energy future across the UK. Placements may occur at Edinburgh, London or Durham sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Control Systems, or Control and Instrumentation.
• Security Vetting required; UK resident for at least three of the past five years.
• Assessment Centre online on 11 November 2026 for program entry.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across Engineering teams on wind, solar PV and private wire projects.
• Support engineering activities across solar PV, battery storage and private wire projects.
• Review technical documentation and collaborate with project teams to learn and deliver.
