Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Technical Instructor / Electrical Engineering Trainer in Rochester. The role involves designing and delivering short technical courses, building training rigs, and developing course materials, with occasional UK and overseas travel.

You will be based at the Rochester training centre and supported to progress into teaching, with full training provided and a profit-related bonus scheme in place.

Qualifications

• Electrical or electronic engineering background with industrial knowledge.
• Confident communicating technical subjects (training experience not required).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Designing and delivering short technical training courses to small groups.
• Based at the Rochester training centre with some UK/overseas travel
• Researching technical issues and writing course notes / training materials
• Building training rigs and practical training equipment
• Flexible approach required, with occasional evening/weekend work (time off in lieu)
