Responsibilities

• Deliver Electrical Engineering training and assessment to apprentices.
• Carry out progress reviews with learners and employers.
• Assess competency against apprenticeship standards and record evidence.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and learner support.
• Develop and update training materials and lesson plans.
• Work towards teaching and assessing qualifications with full training provided.
