A well-known Facilities Maintenance business is seeking an Electrician for both commercial and domestic tasks in Fareham. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £41,200 with opportunities for overtime, modern van and fuel card provided, and numerous employee perks including holiday allowance and pension schemes. The ideal candidate must be AM2 qualified with relevant electrical qualifications and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Must be AM2 qualified.
• Have Testing and Inspection 2391 or equivalent.
• Hold an 18th edition electrical qualification.
• Experience in a similar role is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive and planned maintenance.
• Repair vacant properties as needed.
• Support other maintenance projects as required.

Electrical Experience/Qualifications required:

• AM2 qualified Engineer
