About the role

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer or Senior Engineer to join our Manchester team.

Manchester is a vibrant city with strong regional and international project ties. This role involves designing and delivering complex engineering projects, collaborating with team members, and developing client relationships.

You will:

• Manage projects from inception to completion.
• Lead small projects or electrical disciplines on larger schemes.
• Create calculations, designs, and documentation.
• Report progress to your line manager.
• Communicate technical information effectively.
• Delegate and review work.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and professionals.
• Participate in meetings with clients and teams.

About you

To succeed, you should have:

• Experience as an Electrical Engineer or similar, with a record of delivering complex projects.
• Familiarity with BIM, Revit, Electrical OM, Dialux, Relux.
• Experience working with clients, contractors, and architects in a design/consultant role.
• Self-awareness, openness, and a collaborative spirit.
• Experience mentoring or supporting others' development.
