Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking an Electrical Engineer for the Kitt Green factory, working a permanent night shift (10pm–6am). The role supports asset maintenance, production efficiency, and quality initiatives across a multi-disciplined shift team.

You will maintain electrical assets, coordinate with shift managers and technicians, log work in SAP MMS, and participate in ongoing training including apprentices. A proactive, detail-oriented problem solver is essential to drive improvements and ensure

• Qualified to HNC or equivalent level.
• Minimum 18th Edition Wiring Regs.
• Experience with PLCs.
• Proactive, analytical and problem-solving approach.
• SAP MMS experience

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance duties to support production, either planned or in response to breakdowns or commissioning.
• Be trained to safely carry out work on equipment located in production areas across Kitt Green.
• Use the SAP system to report work done and contribute to overall effectiveness by assisting in planning.
• Participate in training and train others including apprentices.
• Work to the highest engineering standards to fully support RU and product quality.
• Be proactive and willing to challenge the status quo and initiate improvements.

Role Summary

To work as part of a multi-disciplined shift team to maintain the assets within the Centre to optimise utilisation of the equipment and to deliver maximum volume at the right quality. Working closely with the Shift/Production Managers and technicians to provide a quick response to line breakdowns and to support asset improvement. To provide engineering and operational support to the Centre.

Key Responsibilities
