Job summary

Mitie is seeking an Electrical Engineer in Hounslow to deliver high-standard electrical maintenance and reactive repairs. You will perform safety checks, inspections and maintain records while adhering to SLA commitments.

The role requires 17th/18th edition compliance, City & Guilds 2330/NVQ Level 3, and a UK driving licence. Shift pattern is Sunday to Thursday 21:00–05:00, with a range of benefits through Mitie’s flexi benefits program.

Qualifications

Qualified to Level 3 City & Guilds 2330 or NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation.
Qualified in electrical inspection and testing.
17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
Full, valid UK driving licence.
IT literate with strong customer service skills; experience in facilities or mobile maintenance (construction sector preferred).

Responsibilities

Carry out electrical safety checks, installation inspections, and reactive repairs
Deliver planned maintenance across client sites
Ensure compliance with health and safety and statutory building regulations
Maintain accurate records using IT systems
Support preventative maintenance programmes through inspections and monitoring
