Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Engineer (Industrial Machinery) to join a Belfast-based engineering company. You will perform installations, upgrades, and maintenance on electrical systems across multiple client sites, including food & beverage sectors.

The role offers days-based, Monday–Friday work with 40 hours, a 40–52k OTE package, and clear progression opportunities as the business expands.

Qualifications

• Experience with 3 phase motors, control circuits and safety circuits.
• Level 3 Electrical qualification.
• Full Clean UK/EU Driving License.

Are you an Industrial Electrician or similar looking to join a growing engineering company that offers overtime opportunities to be able to increase your income?

You will be carrying out a mix of project work, planned maintenance, and reactive repairs across multiple client sites. This will include installing and upgrading control panels, carrying out cable management, diagnosing and repairing 3-phase motors and circuits, and ensuring safe, efficient operations.

This role would suit an Industrial Electrician or Maintenance Engineer with experience in electrical installations and fault‑finding, looking to develop their career within a supportive and growing business.
