Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Engineer (Industrial Machinery) for a Belfast-based engineering company. You will join a team delivering electrical services across food & beverage clients, handling installations, maintenance and fault-finding on 3‑phase motors and control panels.

The role offers days-based working with progression opportunities and a salary guide up to £42,500 with overtime. A driving license and Level 3 electrical qualification are required.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Electrical qualification required.
• Experience with 3 phase motors, control circuits and safety circuits.
• Full UK/EU driving license required.

Are you an Industrial Electrician or similar looking to join a growing engineering company that offers overtime opportunities to be able to increase your income?

You will be carrying out a mix of project work, planned maintenance, and reactive repairs across multiple client sites. This will include installing and upgrading control panels, carrying out cable management, diagnosing and repairing 3-phase motors and circuits, and ensuring safe, efficient operations.

This role would suit an Industrial Electrician or Maintenance Engineer with experience in electrical installations and fault‑finding, looking to develop their career within a supportive and growing business.
