Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Engineer (Industrial Machinery) for a Belfast-based engineering firm. You’ll work on installation, maintenance and fault-finding across client sites, with a strong focus on motors, control panels and safety circuits.

The role offers days-based, Monday–Friday work, with a base salary of £40,000–£42,500 plus OTE £52,000 and overtime opportunities. The successful candidate will have experience with 3‑phase motors, control circuits and safety

Qualifications

• Experience with 3 phase motors, control circuits and safety circuits.
• Full UK/EU driving license (clean).

Electrical Engineer (Industrial Machinery)

Are you an Industrial Electrician or similar looking to join a growing engineering company that offers overtime opportunities to be able to increase your income?

Do you want a hands-on, varied role where you'll work on both installations and maintenance, with clear opportunities for progression?

You will be carrying out a mix of project work, planned maintenance, and reactive repairs across multiple client sites. This will include installing and upgrading control panels, carrying out cable management, diagnosing and repairing 3-phase motors and circuits, and ensuring safe, efficient operations.

This role would suit an Industrial Electrician or Maintenance Engineer with experience in electrical installations and fault-finding, looking to develop their career within a supportive and growing business.
