  • Ensure all designs meet industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
  • Participate in creating test procedures to ensure harness quality.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers and internal prototyping teams.
  • Select, evaluate, and procure harness components for prototypes.
  • Troubleshoot and perform quality checks during fabrication, assembly, and testing stages.
Expertise
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Solid fundamentals in mechanical engineering topics: thermal, vibration, strength, corrosion prevention, materials, etc.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (preferably SolidWorks and Altium).
  • Experience in creating cable harness drawings, routing layouts, and schematic capture.
  • Knowledge of low and high voltage systems, EMC strategies, and industrial communication protocols (CAN, EtherCAT, Ethernet, RS-485).
  • Experience with electrical lab equipment such as multimeters and continuity testers.
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical prototyping processes including 3D printing, CNC machining, and sheet metal fabrication.
Benefits
  • Highly competitive salary.
