Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 18th Edition Wiring Regulations & fault-finding with building management systems.
• Strong customer service delivery and ability to communicate at all levels.
• Ability to organise self to manage tasks and material requirements.
• Knowledge of H&S procedures including COSHH and Working at Heights.

Responsibilities

• Respond to breakdown maintenance requests within SLA targets.
• Provide technical support for power, UPS, CPS, distribution, cooling in data centres/critical environments.
• Repair modular UPS systems; test power quality and diagnose issues.
• Enter quotes and remedial works into the in-house system; maintain documentation.
