Electrical Foot Mobile Engineer – Belgravia & Chelsea – 43-48K & Travel card

I am currently representing an excellent building service M&E contractor who is looking for an Electrical Bias Foot Mobile Engineer with experience in building services. The role involves working across prestigious buildings in West Central London, mainly in the Sloane Square and Duke Of York Square areas of Belgravia & Chelsea.

This position suits a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer from a building services background seeking to join a small, growing company that offers training and personal development. Responsibilities include PPM/reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, and general building maintenance tasks.

The ideal candidate must have a driving license, as a company pool estate car or van is provided for the call-out rota, currently 1 in 7. The call-out frequency is low, with only three calls in the past year. Vehicles are kept in a company garage.

The main duties include:

• PPM and reactive maintenance of M&E services such as emergency lighting, fire alarms, FCUs, AHUs, HVAC plants, water treatment, etc.
• General building services tasks
• Maintaining landlord and tenant areas of large blue-chip companies across a large estate
• Working as part of a small maintenance team

Requirements:

• Client-facing skills
• Experience in commercial building maintenance
• Electrical bias with 18th edition qualification
• Background in building services/facilities maintenance

Salary & Package:

£43,000-£48,000 per annum plus travel/Oyster card paid from your location.

• Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30
