Electrical Foot Mobile Engineer – Belgravia & Chelsea – 43-48K & Travel card

I am currently representing an excellent building service M&E contractor who is looking for an Electrical Bias Foot Mobile Engineer with experience in building services to work across prestigious buildings housing blue-chip clients in West Central London, mainly in Sloane Square and Duke Of York Square areas of Belgravia & Chelsea.

This role suits a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer from a building services background seeking to join a small, growing maintenance company that offers training and personal development. Responsibilities include PPM/reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, and general building maintenance tasks.

The ideal candidate must have a driving license as a company pool estate car or van is provided for call-outs, which occur approximately once every 7 days. The vehicles are kept in a garage and are collected as needed.

Key duties include:

• PPM and reactive maintenance across M&E services such as emergency lighting, fire alarms, FCUs, AHUs, HVAC plant, water treatment, etc.
• General building services tasks
• Servicing landlord and tenanted areas of large blue-chip companies across a large estate
• Working as part of a small maintenance team

Requirements:

• Client-facing experience
• Commercial building maintenance experience
• Electrical bias with 18th edition qualification
• Building services/facilities maintenance background

Salary & Package:

£43,000 - £48,000 per annum + Travel/Oyster Card paid from your location.

Shared company pool car/van supplied for call-outs.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30.

25 days annual leave + bank holidays.

OT opportunities: 1.5x in weekdays, double on Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays.
