Electrical Foot Mobile Engineer – Belgravia & Chelsea – 43-48K & Travel card

I am currently representing an excellent building service M&E contractor who is seeking an Electrical Bias Foot Mobile Engineer with experience in building services to work across a cluster of prestigious buildings housing blue chip clients in West Central London. The primary areas include Sloane Square and Duke Of York Square in Belgravia & Chelsea.

This role is suitable for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer from a building services background interested in joining a small, growing maintenance company that offers training and personal development. Responsibilities include PPM/reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, and general building maintenance tasks.

The ideal candidate must have a driving license, as a company pool estate car or van will be provided for participation in the call-out rota, currently 1 in 7. The call-outs are infrequent, with the client called out only three times in the past year. Vehicles are stored and maintained in a company garage.

The duties include, but are not limited to:

• PPM and reactive maintenance across M&E services such as emergency lighting, fire alarms, FCUs, AHUs, HVAC plant, and water treatment.
• General building services tasks
• Servicing landlord and tenanted areas of large blue-chip companies across a large estate
• Working as part of a small maintenance team

Requirements:

• Client-facing experience
• Commercial building maintenance experience
• Electrical bias with 18th edition qualification
• Building services/facilities maintenance background

Salary & Package:

£43,000–£48,000 per annum plus travel/Oyster card paid from your location.

• Shared company pool car/van for call-outs
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

• Opportunity for overtime: 1.5x during weekdays, double time on Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays
