The Thrive Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team delivering high-end commercial office fit-out projects across London. The role focuses on coordination, technical delivery and installation of electrical services to premium environments for high-profile clients.

You will review drawings, manage electrical disciplines and ensure compliance with UK regulations, while maintaining quality, finish and client satisfaction on fast-paced projects.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer in commercial fit-out or building services.
• Experience on high-end or luxury office fit-out projects is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of electrical building services: power, lighting, distribution and associated systems.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good knowledge of UK electrical regulations and industry standards.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate electrical installations across luxury office fit-out projects.
• Oversee electrical subcontractors ensuring works meet programme, specifications and quality standards.
• Review electrical drawings, specifications and technical submissions.
• Coordinate with mechanical engineers, project managers, architects and other specialist subcontractors.
• Ensure all electrical works comply with current UK regulations, standards and health and safety requirements.
• Monitor installation progress, quality control and commissioning activities.
• Assist with technical problem-solving and resolving site-based engineering issues.
• Ensure projects are delivered to the client’s expectations, particularly in relation to quality, finish and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate electrical installations across luxury commercial office fit-out projects.
