Job Description

Our client, a leading UK FM company, is seeking a Building Service Engineer specializing in electrical building maintenance at a prestigious building in Glasgow. The role offers a salary up to £40,000 with additional earning potential through overtime. Responsibilities include:

• Testing emergency lighting, BMS, plumbing, water treatment, AHUs, pumps, FCUs, VAVs, VRVs, splits, and general air conditioning.
• Electrical fault finding, mechanical maintenance, working with single and three-phase power, motors.

Qualifications

• City and Guilds Level 3 in electrical installations (minimum)
• 18th Edition certification
