Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking Electrical & Electronics Engineers to support Defence opportunities across our business. The team designs, integrates and develops advanced electrical systems for aerospace products, enabling future power solutions.

We welcome engineers with experience in electrical systems, electronics, power systems and integration to contribute to diverse projects and next-generation technology in a challenging, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Electrical, Electronic or related Engineering degree (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in electrical systems, electronics or power engineering.
• Understanding of system integration and engineering development processes.
• Strong technical and communication skills.
• Experience within complex engineering environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Electrical Machines – design, development and integration of machine systems.
• Electrical Power Systems – architecture, protection and stability considerations.
• Electrical Architecture – overall system topology and interfaces.
• Electrical Integration – ensure seamless interaction of subsystems.
• Power Distribution & Protection – design of distribution networks and safeguards.
• Electrical Control Systems – controls, sensors and actuation.
• Electrical Design & Development – end-to-end lifecycle of electrical products.
