Job Description
Electrical/Electronic Engineer - Architect
JOB LOCATION: Stevenage (Bristol/Bolton can be an option)
SECURITY CLEARANCE LEVEL - SC Start (can look at BPSS once cleared)
DURATION: 6 months + Minimum
WORK PATTERN: Hybrid - 3 days Onsite
PAY RATE: £60 - £85 Per Hour Umbrella Inside IR35 (for the right candidates, not all profiles/all levels at the higher end)

Overview:
Missile Architecture - Electrical Architects/Engineers are involved in all aspects of missile development, from early concept studies to series production and in-service support within MBDA. It's an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to build on their engineering experience.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the electrical architecture and requirements for missiles and/or their associated launcher systems, including:
Supporting test and fault-finding activities during compatibility checks, risk reduction, system proving/qualification, and integration.
Reviewing and authoring reports, guidelines, and processes.
Design assessments and analysis.
Working to defence/industry standards.
Attending and supporting design reviews.
Alternatively, acting as the Equipment Manager (RMO) for specific electrical/electronic equipment(s) that are part of a missile or launcher system, responsibilities include:

Experience within defence-related backgrounds is preferred but not essential. Other engineering industries' experience will also be considered. Additional areas of interest include:
