Job summary
IES Utilities Group Ltd. is seeking an Electrical Distribution Contract Manager to oversee delivery and commercial management of distribution contracts across the UK, including LV to 33kV, and to work with DNOs and clients.
The role requires leadership of multi-project portfolios, ensuring safety, profitability and compliance with NEC3/NEC4 and CDM ESQCR. A robust background in utilities contracts and stakeholder engagement is essential.
Qualifications
- Experience managing distribution contracts in UK utilities.
- Knowledge of LV/HV works up to 33kV and NEC3/NEC4.
- Experience with DNOs/IDNOs and multi-project portfolios.
- Understanding CDM ESQCR and safety standards.
- Strong financial forecasting and contract profitability.
- Full UK driving license and relevant qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery and commercial management of distribution contracts.
- Lead project teams to meet safety, quality and programme targets.
- Manage EWNs, CEs and change control processes.
- Maintain client relationships and report performance.
- Identify growth opportunities and manage risk.
