Job summary

Trimble is seeking a Technical Construction Software Trainer in Leeds to deliver remote and in-person training for Electrical Design clients. You will onboard new clients and tailor trainings to client size, collaborating with internal teams to expand software knowledge and maximize product usage.

The role involves end-to-end onboarding, creating training materials, and supporting clients through onboarding and ongoing learning. Four days in the Leeds office with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Educational background or hands-on experience in electrical engineering, construction, civil engineering, architecture, quantity surveying, or project management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Ability to make effective, timely decisions.
• Knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• A self-starter mindset with strong organisation and time management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist new or existing clients with training needs and questions such as new client installation.
• Provide technical training via onsite and virtual methods.
• Provide client support by actively working in the training queue when not in training.
• Manage end-to-end client onboarding, system setup, and process mapping with clear documentation.
• Cultivate lasting partner relationships as a client advocate.
• Create and update materials for classroom trainings and eLearning courses.
