Pertemps Tm is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to join our Ivybridge-based team. You will manage electrical design across industrial and logistics projects, coordinating with clients, architects, and engineers to deliver compliant, high-quality solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on design, project responsibility, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team, with opportunities for mentoring and professional development.

Qualifikationen

• Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience delivering electrical design projects across RIBA stages.
• Good understanding of electrical building services and associated systems.
• Strong knowledge of British Standards, UK Regulations and industry codes.
• Experience using electrical design, calculation and engineering software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.

Aufgaben

• Manage and undertake full electrical design of projects in the industrial and logistics sector.
• Complete electrical building services design through to high-voltage systems where required.
• Lead delivery of medium to large-scale projects and coordinate with clients and teams.
• Develop electrical engineering solutions across relevant stages and provide technical input.
• Attend client meetings and site visits; ensure designs meet standards and project requirements.
• Mentor graduate and junior engineers and maintain health and safety compliance.
