Rise Technical Recruitment Limited in Stanmore is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to work office-based in Stanmore. The role offers a salary of £40,000 - £45,000 plus bonus, private healthcare, clear progression and training.

You will join an established M&E design consultancy and contribute from initial design through to completion on data centres, distribution centres and healthcare projects. The company promotes ongoing training and progression as it expands.

Qualifications

• Produces electrical designs, calculations, drawings and specifications.
• Experience in commercial or industrial electrical projects.
• Strong mathematical and calculation skills.
• UK experience within the electrical design process.

Responsibilities

• Producing electrical designs, calculations, drawings and specifications
• Carrying out cable sizing and electrical system calculations
• Designing and routing electrical systems for commercial and industrial projects
• Producing drawings and documentation for specification and tender purposes
• Using software such as IES, Dialux and CAD
• Attending sites for surveys and testing where required
• Responding to RFIs and liaising with clients and project teams
• Taking projects through from initial design through to completion
