Morgan Hunt UK Limited in Edinburgh is seeking an Electrical / Senior Design Engineer to join a forward-thinking building services consultancy. You will deliver electrical building services designs from concept to completion, focusing on power, lighting and low-carbon solutions.

The role involves producing calculations, drawings and reports, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, attending client meetings, and supporting project delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree/HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or Building Services.
• Previous experience in electrical building services design.
• Good knowledge of UK standards and regulations.
• Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Strong communication and team-working skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver electrical building services designs from concept through to completion.
• Design power, lighting, small power, emergency lighting and associated systems.
• Produce calculations, specifications, drawings and technical reports.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and project stakeholders.
• Contribute to innovative, sustainable and low-carbon design solutions.
• Attend design and client meetings and support project delivery.
