Job Description:

Job summary: The Electrical Design Engineer will produce project files, create schematics and block cable diagrams, and update drawings following IEC standards.

Role Overview:

Assist in electrical design processes, including creating and updating schematics, project files, and diagrams in accordance with IEC standards.

Responsibilities:

• Create and update electrical schematics for control panels and external functions.
• Generate project files, cutting lists, and cable schedules.
• Develop block cable diagrams based on system schematics.
• Collaborate with production engineers to update drawings and schedules as projects progress.
• Prepare and compile EHSR reports.
• Participate in other business roles as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience as an electrical engineer or panel wire person in automation/control industries preferred.
• Proficient in Eplan software.
• Knowledge of control wiring, PLC wiring, low-voltage switchgear, and working with electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Proficient in Windows 7+ and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Motivated, quick learner, able to work independently and in teams.
• Presentable, professional, punctual, and detail-oriented.
