We are currently seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to join our client innovative engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically skilled individual with a passion for electrical systems and a strong background in both 2D and 3D design.

Key Responsibilities:

Support full project lifecycle, from initial concept through to detailed design and production.

Create and update 2D and 3D CAD designs and technical drawings.

Develop and design switchgear systems in line with client and regulatory specifications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical and manufacturing engineers.

Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and health and safety requirements.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Electrical Design Engineer.

Strong 2D and 3D CAD skills (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools).

Solid understanding of electrical engineering principles.

Knowledge of switchgear design is essential.

Mechanical engineering experience or exposure is a significant advantage.

Ability to work independently and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams.
