Job summary

Symmetric Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer for a leading maritime client in Plymouth. The role focuses on designing and developing electrical systems for maritime applications, with high voltage knowledge desirable.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with industry standards, produce documentation, and support installation and commissioning. Mon-Fri days, permanent role with excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• 2/3+ years relevant industry experience.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Maritime sector experience desirable but not essential.
• Working knowledge of high voltage systems desirable but not essential.
• Strong understanding of system design principles and problem solving.

Responsibilities
