Job summary

Vertech Group (UK) Ltd seeks an Electrical Design Engineer for our Swansea site. The role covers the electrical design of industrial systems, from detailed schematics and layouts through to component specification, installation and commissioning support.

The ideal candidate has strong electrical design/engineering experience and a background in manufacturing or automation, with a relevant Electrical Engineering qualification or equivalent practical experience. Excellent benefits on offer.

Electrical Design Engineer

Location: Swansea

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Excellent Benefits

Electrical Design Engineer required by an established industrial engineering company delivering bespoke materials handling and automation systems!

This is a varied project-based role covering the electrical design of industrial systems, from detailed schematics and layouts through to component specification, installation and commissioning support.

Essential

• Strong Electrical Design / Electrical Engineering experience
• Experience producing electrical schematics, drawings and technical documentation
• Good understanding of power distribution and control systems
• Experience within manufacturing, automation or industrial engineering
• Relevant Electrical Engineering qualification or equivalent practical experience

Nice to have (training provided)

• Experience with Eplan would be beneficial
