Johnson Matthey is seeking an Electrical Controls Graduate Engineer for its Graduate Engineering Program (GEP). The role offers mentorship toward Chartered Engineer status and exposure to high-priority projects.

The program includes technical and leadership development, with assignments across JM sites and a global induction in the UK. Start date September 2027 and a focus on continuous improvement and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Process Controls Engineering or similar field (minimum 3.2 GPA).
• Willing to relocate to any JM site for three placements during the program and first role.
• Demonstrated leadership potential with a positive attitude and adaptability.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engineered solutions for production safety, sustainability and reliability.
• Commission new plant equipment and develop training for operators.
• Mechanical and maintenance optimization across systems.
• Electrical AC Power Systems, Motors and Drives, Control Instrumentation and grounding.
