Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting an Electrical Design Engineer on a freelance 6 month contract basis in West Yorkshire. The role focuses on the design and development of electrical control systems and control panels.

You will produce detailed electrical schematics using CAD software such as AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN, interpret technical specifications and support build, testing and commissioning phases with a collaborative engineering team.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical design and control panel development.
• Proficiency with CAD software for electrical schematics.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and translate them into practical design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical control panels in line with customer specifications and industry standards
• Produce detailed electrical schematics using CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN or similar)
• Interpret technical specifications and translate them into practical design solutions
• Support the build, testing, and commissioning phases where required
